ShipSafe is a monitoring tool. You may run flows only against domains you own or are authorized to test. You confirm ownership with a DNS TXT record or a meta tag before any flow runs. You will use test accounts and Stripe test cards, not live customer credentials or live card numbers.
Plans, run caps, and prices are shown on the pricing section. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel from the customer portal. Failure to pay can pause paid features. The service is provided as available. A missed alert is not a promise that your signup works.
You keep ownership of your application. We keep ownership of the ShipSafe software. Do not abuse the scanner, the webhook, or the browser runner to attack other people’s sites. We may suspend an account that does.
These terms are governed by the law you add here before launch. Nothing on this page creates a warranty.
